Charlie Fraser --- President and Broker in Charge
Charlie Fraser has been a living on Hilton Head Island since 1965 when his family moved to the island so his father, Joe Fraser, could work with his brother Charles on building Sea Pines Plantation. Charlie began his real estate career as a real estate agent in 1981 for the family business at Sea Pines Real Estate. He has been extensively involved in all aspects of the real estate business ever since. He has been involved in residential development, short term rentals, commercial sales as well as residential sales and listings. He also has been selling and managing resort properties in the low country for over 25 years. Charlie enjoys the “Lowcountry Lifestyle” inshore and offshore fishing, hunting, and playing golf. He is fortunate in that his wife Linda and their two kids all enjoy the Lowcountry lifestyle. |

Jim Purcell --- Associate Broker
Jim Purcell has been involved in the real estate industry for over 14 years. Jim moved to Hilton Head Island 4 years ago from North Carolina to pursue his love of helping people fulfill their dreams of owning a piece of paradise which is commonly called Hilton Head Island. He has a Brokers License in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Jim is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a 2007 Realtor Service Award recipient and the President of the Tennis Association of Hilton Head Island. In his spare time he enjoys tennis, golf, cooking and spending time at the beach. |
